Rozar - Speedpaint

Originally Rozar was a dragon-esc character I had made {for what, I don't know} forever ago. I found an old sketch of him the other day and decided it was time to breathe new life into the old fellow.
He is now my dragonborn D&D character. Figured if he's going to be questing I should give him a cloak and hood. Because that's what you wear on adventures, right?
